Question i'm 8 months post partum and have lost all my baby weight but not the pouch. am looking into purchasing your book. I think i have abdominal separation but not sure because i can't really understand how to do the test (i'm a visual learner), think it may be fat, and/or loose skin. would your dvd address all my concerns on how to get rid of the separation, loose skin, and fat?

Since you are a visual learner, you will have an easier time learning how to do the abdominal separation test and the exercises from the DVD, rather than the book.
My exercises will help close your mid line, flatten your abdomen, and train your abdominal muscles to function properly to support your back.
Fat loss is best achieved through regular, moderate level aerobic exercise and a healthy balanced diet.
Everyone has looser belly skin after pregnancy. While exercise can help restore some elasticity, skin does not bounce back all the way to its pre-pregnancy state.
