Do you recommend any exercises I can do to stay in shape this pregnancy? I am pregnant with twins and very concerned with the toll it may take on my body.

Answer
Many forms of exercise are safe for pregnancy, even twins.
Low/non impact aerobic exercise should form the foundation of your routine, as this offers the most health benefits to your and your developing babies. Strength training, core training, flexibility training, prenatal yoga are also generally safe.
