Question
I had my LO two months ago how soon can I start working out again
My delivery was vaginal with no complications during pregnancy or after pregnancy
Just my first period came irregular.

Answer
Right now!
For the abs, start with exercises that build deep core strength and stability. You don't want to jump back in with exercises like crunches. If you do moves like them w/o core control, then the abdominal wall will bulge outward during exertion. This prevents the abdomen from flattening after pregnancy. In fitness, what you practice is what you get.
Aerobic exercise, like fitness walking with baby, is also great. It speeds weight loss and makes you feel good too. You might be able to find a stroller-based new mom fitness class in your area, where you can make friends with other new moms and get back in shape at the same time.
