ObGyn/Pregnancy issues/Child Birth or Breast Surgery Priority

One of my relative's daughter, unmarried has huge not decent looking breast. Her guardians are thinking of some cosmetic breast reduction surgery before marriage,so that post marriage she will not face any social problem. But probably with breast reduction there is every possibility that chance of breast feeding may reduce. The more the glandular tissue is removed the less the chance of breast feeding ,as the milk duct to brest feeding nipples may be somewhat blocked. Moreover there will in probality some permanent scar marks which will however fade with time.
Under this condition kindly advise what should be the Priority
A)Reduction Surgery first,then marriage,then baby OR
B)First marriage, then baby and after child birth brast surgery.
Obviously a prior consultation has to be made before her marriage regarding her fertility capability.Kindly advise regarding (A) OR (B).With thanks.

Breast reduction surgery will prevent her ability to breast feed. As breast milk is by FAR the best food for infants, and offers profound benefits to both mother and child that can last a lifetime, I would not recommend breast reduction surgery until after her family building is complete. This surgery always creates scars too.
Large breasts do not effect fertility.
