Question
Should it hurt when u bend forward at this stage in pragrancy.  It hurts or more like feels very sore in lower abdominal area close to pubic bone, upon bending forward to lift things off ground.  Can definitely feel baby head is on the bottom or on bottom left side.

Answer
Many women in the last half of pregnancy find bending over cumbersome and uncomfortable. Avoid movements that cause discomfort.

In the last half of pregnancy do the "golfer's tilt" to pick up a light object off the floor. With one hand on a support, like a countertop or piece of furniture, stand on one foot and "teeter-totter" your body forward as your lifted foot moves backward. The hand not holding on to the support will easily go to the floor so that you can lift the object.

Don't try to lift heavy objects off the floor in the last half of pregnancy.
