Question -
I'm 18, my female partner is 19, and we have no children. Her last period was a month ago, but she has an irregular period cycle of about 1.5-2 months, and as much as 3 months. We typically have dry sex at about a rate of once a week. Is there a danger of pregnancy if we're both wearing underpants? If I ejaculate, usually the semen only tends to wet my underwear but never fully come out through it (just showing a wet spot on the outside). Do we have anything to be worrying about? Thanks.

You have to keep a record of the first day of your girlfriend's period, each month. Figure out the length of her cycle (from the first day of her period until the first day 0f her next period). Ovulation occurs fourteen days PRIOR to the first day of the period. If she has a normal 28 day cycle, ovulation occurs on cycle day #14. She can only become pregnant if she has sex from one day prior to ovulation and up to two days after (usually cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16. If ANY sperm get into the vagina during these fertile days, she can become pregnant. If your underwear are moist and her underwear were moist and the vulva or vagina were moist, the sperm can swim into the vagina and she can become pregnant. There are around 300,000 sperm at the tip of the penis prior to ejaculation. If your penis is in the vagina and try to withdraw prior to ejaculation, these sperm can be milked into the vagina as you withdraw. If there is a wet spot on the outside of your underwear, the sperm (which are microscopic) can get onto her underwear and she can become pregnant.
-Hi, your past responce had really scared me. How common is pregnancy through dry sex among people? She is also having brownish-yellowish and yellowish discharge. Does this have any relation to this?
Answer Although the possibility of pregnancy is present whenever sperm get into the vagina during the fertile period (cycle day #13, 14, 15, or 16), it is doubtful that you did get her pregnant ejaculating through your clothes. A yellow discharge may be a bacterial vaginal infection. If she had a foul smelling discharge with itching, she should get a vaginal culture and see whether she has bacterial vaginosis, which can be treated with an antibiotic cream. If she does not get her period when it is due, have her take a pregnancy test a week after she is due for her period.
