Question
Hi, what do you think the chances are in getting pregnant with using spermicide and the withdraw method together? Thanks alot!

-Krista

Answer
Spermicidals are 90% effective in preventing pregnancy. That means that 10 women out of 100 will get pregnant using spermicidals. The withdrawal method does not work at all. There are around 300,000 sperm at the tip of the penis prior to ejaculation. Whenh you try to remove the penis before ejaculation, these sperm can be milked into the vagina and you can become pregnant, if it is at the correct timie of the month. Using spermicidals plus withdrawal has the same chances as using spermicidals alone.
