Question
My age is 22. No children yet. Can't remember for sure but the ending of last month was my last period.
I wanted to know if my period just went eg. ending of last month, is it possible to be pregant now? I am experiencing lower abdominal pains. I was diagnosed with Polycystic ovaries for 2 yaers now.

Answer
Whether or not you have PCOS, ovulation usually occurs around 14 days after the first day of your period. You can only become pregnant if you have sex the day prior to ovulation and up to two days after ovulation. If you have not had your period in more than 4 weeks, take a pregnancy test and you will know what is going on. The earliest symptoms of pregnancy are breast tenderness, fatigue, and nausea. Lower abdominal pain is not a symptom of pregnancyl
