Answer Tylenol Cold contains 325mg acetominophen, 325mg dextromethorphan, 15mg hydrogen bromide, 200mg guaifenesin, and 30mg pseudoephedrine HCL. It can safely be used for temporary relief of cold symtoms, minor aches and pains, sore throat, headache, nasal congeston, cough or to bring down a fever. It is safe for use during pregnancy.
