Answer
I can't give you percentages. However, if you have a normal 28 day cycle (from the first day of your period until the first day of your  next period) ovulation occurs on cycle day #14. You can ONLY become pregnant if you have unprotected sex on cycle day #13,14,15, or 16 each month. It has been shown that intercourse, where the sperm is depositied directly into the vagina , has a better chance ofr conception than sperm that is introduced in other manners. However, any sperm that gets into the vagina at that time of the cycle can cause pregnancy. There is no position during intercourse that is better or worse for causing conception. If the sperm get into the vagin, they will pass through the fallopian tube, and, if an ovum is at the end of the tube, fertilization can occur. I can't comment on the integrity of condoms. YOu will have to check with the manufacturer.  As long as you are getting your period each month, you probably are ovulating, and can become pregnant. Once you stop producing estrogen (at around age 50) you will reach menopause, your periods will stop, and you will not be able to conceive.
