I am 35 y/o, this is my 4th pregnancy,I had left sided cramping in area of ovary. Had ultrasound, diagnoses was small amount of bleeding inside ovary around area which produces hgb hormone. Dr. assured me this is pretty common, will stop on it's own but can cause pain. She told me to take tylenol, also if you are RH - blood type as I am rhogam should be given to protect fetus.
