I am an internal medicine physician who is currently pregnant with my first child. I am 18 weeks pregnant and am also still suffering from all day nausea, though the vomiting has somewhat improved. I completely understand your frustration. I take 8mg of zofran every 8 hours to help the nausea. It doesn't go away completely, but works enough so that I'm able to try to function. I didn't find any other treatments helpful. My mother vomited until she was 24 weeks and I do know some women who were sick their entire 9 months. I hope yours gets better, but I would give the zofran another try. It comes in a generic pill form that costs significantly less than the rapidly dissolving tabs.
