My grandchild will be born in early May of 2007. I do not know the sex. But he/she has been diagnosed with short femur and arm bones and club feet. We have cried and cried because of the horrifying stories Dr.'s have told us.
So do we plan a funeral or a baby shower? We have proceeded with plans for a baby shower.

Faith is praying for rain and carrying an umbrella as well
as praying for a baby and having a shower. God only gives special babies to special people. We will love this special gift and look not at man's speculations but at God's power. Many babies have skeletal dysplasia with club footing and surgery can repair that. I know without any doubt in my mind - whatever the needs be - they will not outweigh the fact that this child will surely be the greatest blessing to my life and my daughter's. Remember- God is in control. He gives what is best for us, for a reason.
