i'm 18, one baby i had my baby december 18, 2005. i want to know what day i got pregant i had sex march 3 and 30th 2oo5. february 28 i think my period went off again, but i think my last period was on march 21, but it was so irregular. on april 23 i went to the doctor and found out i was 7 weeks so what date did i get pregnant.
Answer -
If you delivered on December 18, your last period probably started on March 11 and you probably ovulated on March 24. You could have become pregnant if you had sex on March 23,24,25, or 26. On April 23 you would have been 6 weeks 4 days.
well my ultrasound gave me two due dates the first was the 19th and the last one at eight months was the 13th which goes with the date i think i got pregnant which was the 5th. Because i didn't have sex on any of the days of ovulation. could my doctor been off about when i got pregnant, and also can you explain to me how they count the on the pregnancy caluclator.
Answer A sonogram is totally inaccurate to determine due date, number of weeks of gestation, or date of conception if it performed afer 25 weeks gestation. Due date is calculated by adding seven days to the first day of your last period and then subracting three months. If you delivered on December 18, 2005, the first day of your last period would be March 11, 2006. Now, you may have delivered two weeks early or two weeks late, but if you delivered at exactly 40 weeks gestation, your last period was March 11. Ovulation occurs 14 days after the first day of your period, unless you have a cycle that is longer or shorter than 28 days. If the cycle is longer, ovulation can occur later. The day of ovulation is usually 14 days PRIOR to the first day of your period. If you have a 28 day cycle, ovulaton occurs on cycle day #14. If you have a 30 day cycle, ovlation occurs on cycle day #16 (fourteen days prior to the first day of your last period). If you keep a record for a few months and determine now many days there are in your cycle (from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period), we can see when you ovulated. Also, see if you can remember how many weeks pregnant you were when you delivered the baby on December 18. Then we can determine exactly when your last period and day of ovulation (conception) occurred. Also send me your original question and my answer.
