what is one of the first ways of tell if a teen is pregnant [ a female friend ] ?
she also is late  about a week and a half with her period. if you can help that would be great thanks .

The first indication that you are pregnant are tender breasts, fatigue, nausea. In addition, you have to miss your next period. If you miss a period, wait seven days and take a pregnancy test. Then you will know for sure.If your friend is more than a week late for her period, she can take a pregnancy test  now. If it is negative, she is not pregnant.
