Question
I am 23, no children, one miscarriage 4 monthes ago, last period started on the night of Jan 20th. My husband,who is 33, and I are trying to concieve. I got a positive on the ovulation test Feb. 4th. When is the earliest I can test using an early home pregnancy test? I was also wondering when is the earliest implantation can occur? I was wondering if it could have already taken place. I was at work yesterday, Feb 10th and felt really faint, hot and clammy, and almost passed out, but after a few minutes of sitting down, the feeling passed. I was wondering if this could be from pregnancy/implantation as I remember feeling similar when I was pregnant before. Thank you for your help. I know that I have to be patient. I am just unsure as to when I can test.

Answer
If you did become pregnant around February 4, the earliest that a pregnancy test will show a positive result would be 14-21 days later. The best time to take a pregnancy test is seven days after missing your next period. You period is due on February 16. If you do not get your period by February 23, take a pregnancy testl.  After fertilization occurs, the fertilized ovum travels back through the fallopian tubes to the uterus where is implants into the endometrium. This trip takes 8 days. The pregnancy could cause you to become dizzy or weak. Implantation sometimes  is accompanied with some spotting, buy you usually are not aware of implantation;
