if a women has lower fertility due to age what is the most strategic time to have rleations with her to get preg?
this assumes they ahve not ahd children before

how does all this affect fertility?
if a lady says she is still fertile at the age fo 47 or 49 can i assume she ahd childrne earlier even ifshe denies this?

how long does sperm survive outside the body?
what if it is refrigera8ed?
is there any way to prolong the life of sperm
AnswerHi Yom,
A lot of questions. I will answer them in the order you asked.
1) A woman's fertility ends when she goes in to menopause and stops getting her period. The chances are of her getting pregnant at 47 or 49 would depend on this. If she is in menopause, then NO she could not get pregnant. If she is still having a menstrual cycle, then YES she could get pregnant.
2)If the woman has lowered fertility for ANY reason you would need to check with a doctor to have her ovulation monitored. Older women get pregnant all the time. The peak time for fertility in any woman would be 10-13 days AFTER the first day or her period.
3) If the woman had children before this should not make a difference in her fertility. Women can have a lot of children and then experience infertility.
4)The quantity of children she has does not matter.
5)15, 20, however many years ago, even 1 or 2, does not matter. The body changes over time. Hormones change as the body ages but the amount of children she has had will not matter.
6)You asked if a lady says she is fertile at 47 or 49 and denies she had children, why would you not believe her? Why would you assume she is lying? She could very porribly be fertile at 47 or 49 and never had children. Again, if she is not in menopause, she is potentially fertile. You ahve to believe what the woman says.... otherwise you have to look at WHY you think she is not being truthful.
7)Yes you can get an STD if only outside contact.
8)I am not sure how long sperm can survive outside the body, you should check with a doctor on this. I do not know if refrigeration would prolong their life or kill them. This should be done professionally though, I wouldnt use your home kitchen refrigerator for this.
I hope I have answered all of your questions.
