Question
I have an Artley oboe that I have had for nearly 10 years. I have no idea what kind it is as it was originally purchased for me by my parents. I cannot find a serial number on it. Is there any way to identify what model it is?

Answer
Hello Brandon,
Artely generally manufactures intermediate and beginner oboes.  Other than that there is very little I can tell you about your oboe.
I would suggest taking the instrument to a reputable double reed dealer in your area and have them give you an assessment.  That might be of greater help than my answer.
Sorry I could not have been of greater help.
