Question
What excatly are the differences between the construction laws of that of a developing country and that of a developed country?

Answer
Livison,

There are many differences but it really depends on the country. The four most prominently regulated countries for safety are United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and America. Other countries, especially developing countries, are not as focused on regulatory standards for construction safety. In general, we see that most developing countries look to the four countries mentioned above for guidance on safety for workers. Also, some countries are not even interested in providing worker protection and safety regulations.

The laws of each country will vary. Usually, the less developed a country is the fewer regulations there are governing worker safety. I hope this helps.
