Can you tell me what percentage I own. I have raw land in california and my deed stagtes in the legal desription  excepting therefrom and undivided 25% interest in and to all minerals, gas and asphaltum and other hydrocarbvon substance now and whereafter in and uner said prperty, or which may be produced terefrom and all rights in relations there to as reserved by partnership.

First I am going to assume you have accurately conveyed all of the deed's reservations and there

is nothing else of importance, e.g. wills, law suits etc.



Secondly, suppose you own 100 acres in fee (absolutely#. Then, with only this limitation

#exception# of 25%, you own all #including all minerals) in 75% of 100 acres.

You need to get a copy of the original exception or reservation. You need a title examination of

your property, and you need the help of a California real property lawyer.
