well I guess I will try this again I just wiped out 45 mins. that had put on the question and I reached over my key board to get some thing and hit the ESC button and lost it all so hear I go again. You must be getting tired of hearing from me by now but you do such a good job that I keep coming back so hear goes, as I keep going over the papers I have and looking at other sites questions keep coming up that they can't answer so I keep coming back to you .The LANDSMAN that looked at our paper work has a friend that is a lawyer and he had him look at them and he thinks that XTO or who ever they had look at the deed did a very bad job and he thinks XTO might be up the creek because the paper work clearly shows that we have a huge share of the mineral rights on the land we are talking about what I would like to know now is what the ball park value of what the landsman says is the 5 to 8 bcf total cumulative production from the two wells on woodford shale in Hughes co. OK. and we know that XTO just got aproval for incrested density in Dec.2015 it would be nice to have an idea of what we have a chance to share in,we would not like to spend money that we don't have at our age if their is not any money to hassle over. thanks again for all your help you are the best. Now, let me try and reply to your question.  Insofar as me advising you on what value you may be entitled to, or whether a mistake occurred in recognizing the incorrect owner, I would not be able to tell you that without extensive research.  If anyone else gives you a quick answer, that would lead me to really not count on as being true because the only way you can definitely answer questions like this is to spend alot of time researching the ownership and the well activity.

I wish I could provide you with quick answers, but in the oil and gas industry, I haven't found there are any 'easy, quick' answers.
