Subject: Song about a guy named Jim

Question
I heard a song on an oldies station and need help finding the song.  I do not know the title or remember any lyrics, but remember the essence of the song.  The song was about a girl who liked a guy named Jim, Jimmy, or James.  She loved him or had a crush on him.  I also think that she kept thinking about him all the time and it was driving her a little crazy.  The song was not a popular song played on the radio and I would guess to be from 1930s-1960s?  It was an upbeat tempo and sounded like an earlier era oldies song rather than a later one (40s-50s?).  I am having a hard time remembering more since it has been a few months since I heard it and I have only heard it once. I would guess that it is sung by a woman since it is about a guy named Jim that she likes.  I loved the song and would like to find it, but need some help.  Thanks for your help!  :)
