Question
I'm trying to find the names of the members of the group 'The Knockouts' who did the song 'Darling Lorraine' around 1960.
Can you help?---Thanks

Answer
Hello Helaine,

The Knockouts hailed from North Bergen & Bayonne, New Jersey and consisted of Bob D'Andrea (vocals), Eddie Parente (guitar), Bob Collada (piano) and Harry Venuta (drums).  "Darling Lorraine" was their only song to make the Top 100, reaching #46 in early 1960.

Thanks for asking!  : - )
