Question Hello, I have two old looking lp,'s that i think are worth something here they are:
1. A Lou Mason Record "If It's Lafter You Are After Listen To Lou Mason" Its Say's its from 1968 record it's self looks almost new! but here's the real kicker , it's signed by him!
2.Tommy Tune & Twiggy "My One And Only" Signed By BOTH of theme, Still Has it's record sleeve please let me now how much they are worth ASAP
Thank You.
Answer Lou Mason is a relatively obscure comedian. The market for his LPs will be limited and specialized. Those unaware of him won't be interested. Those aware of him represent a small market. I have seen a copy of your LP on ebay for $4. A true collector/fan would pay more ($20 ?) for the autograph, but that fan is hard to find. There is another version of this record with the words SONG AND before Lafter.
The Tommy Tune and Twiggy LP is a popular one, readily available on auction sites for about $5-$15. Copies signed by both are also readily available, usually asking $100-150, but you would have to find a true collector willing to pay that price.
Your best bet is to list them on an auction site such as ebay, Gemm, or Craig's List. Be patient, because of the limited market for Lou Mason, and the competition for the Tommy Tune/Twiggy.
