What could be the probable reason for Out of so many Nursery Rhymes, most of the children like the following nursery rhymes
mentioned below

1. Baa, Baa, Black Sheep
2. Humpty Dumpty
3. Jack and Jill
4. London Bridge Is Falling Down
5. Mary Had a Little Lamb
6. Ring a Ring o' Roses
7. Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
8. I hear Thunder

Could the reason may be due to : The above rhymes are easy to interpret, learn, grasp, remember  unlike other nursery rhymes by children ?

There are many many reasons why a nursery rhyme might become more popular than another. Nursery rhymes are nearly always passed on from mother (usually) to child. They are sung to children at a very early age for a number of reasons. Some are repetative and act as a learning tool to teach children to master language others represent tradition. Ring a ring a rosie for instance goes back to the time of the black death in London. People who contracted the disease had symptoms of sneezing hence Atisho atishoo we all fall down (dead as it happens!.
