This was written by Christopher Ward, I was just listening to the song on the Lynx Radio station in Calgary. Hope that helps!

Ward: Christopher Ward: Spark of Desire  WEA Music 1978 *vinyl "Maybe Your Heart" is composed & performed by Christopher Ward. A fantastic composer responsible for music in Titanic and other major features. Lyrics are as follows: How I've fallen from your favor,

The sweet love you've taken away.

The sound of goodbye echoes all through the night,

And I must wait to lost date.

A love I admire, I'm tryin' to find,

A way to make it all right.

Maybe your heart will be broken,

Waiting for words that are never spoken,

Maybe your heart will be broken in two like mine.

Like mine.

I'm left without persuasion,

No charm sweet enough to touch you,

But I keep it alive in the arms of the night,

and I hold you 'til the dream's through.

I long for the joy, the comfort and joy.

Maybe your heart will be broken,

Waiting for words that are never spoken,

Maybe your heart will be broken in two like mine.

Like mine. Like mine. Like mine.

All of the time.

But it good not to laugh,

Well it's so hard to find.

Maybe your heart will be broken,

Waiting for words that are never spoken,

Maybe your heart will be broken in two like mine.

And maybe your heart will be broken...

[repeat, echo, fade out]

Lou you are correct. This song was released when the CANCON rules were strongly enforced and we're glad about it! The content laws kept great tunes from Canadian bands in rotation which would have otherwise been lost to us over time!
