Question
My horn is not working. The fuse is good, and it has a new relay.I have taken the steering column apart and the horn ring is good. There is power at both fuse terminals, but no power at the relay connector.

Answer
Hi Steve,
The power doesn't flow through the horn ring in the steering wheel except to ground the relay, so getting the voltage to the relay is what is needed.
The bulkhead connector where all the wires pass through the firewall is a good place to look.
First try just wiggling the connectors.
