Question
Why cant I get any hot air to blow out of my heater.  The hoses to the heater core and the box containing the heater core both get plenty hot, however, only luke warm air comes out of the vents.  I have change out the thermostat, replaced the coolant, and checked for vacuum leaks and have found none.  everything seems to be working fine but still no heat.

Answer
it sounds as if you are having a problem with either the door or the actuator that controls the door I attached a pic of the heater box so you can see where the door and the actuator is.The first thing to do would be to remove the actuator and manually move the door to see if you get heat if you cant get heat then something is wrong with the door if you do get heat then you have actuator or conroller problems.
