i am changing the cylinder head need to know how to remove the fuel rail and injectors with out damage

HI SCOTT, REMOVE THE HOLD DOWNS BOLTS THAT HOLD THE RAIL TO THE BLOCK AND USE A PRY BAR OR LARGE SCREW DRIVER AND GENTLY PRY UP AND ROCK IT ON EACH SIDE OF THE RAIL TILL IT POPS UP AND OUT..I WOULD REPLACE THE INJECTOR SEALS AROUND EACH INJECTOR AND USE A LITTLE GREASE AROUND THE SEALS TO INSTALL THEM..SHOULD BE EASY...GOOD LUCK TO YOU,,,, TOM...
