About Van Expertise I can answer most questions concerning 4X4 engine, drive line, suspension, electrical, and fuel, both diesel and gasoline.
Ford, GM, and Dodge, old and new.
Experience I have been maintaining a fleet of approximately 55 light, medium and heavy vehicles for over 20 years. Most are 4X4 pickups and off road fire fighting trucks. Some vans, wagons, sport utility, and personnel transport vehicles. Diesel and gas. Major and minor repairs due to extremely severe duty.

Answer Hello Hend,
I would want to make sure the fuel pressure is up where it belongs, and also make sure there are no vacuum leaks.
One easy place for a vacuum leak to occur is the EGR valve closing on some carbon. Not unusual at all, and could cause those symptoms.
It can easily, and cheaply, be cleaned. Just remove it and clean it. It is actually something that is supposed to be done occasionally.
In addition, I would clean the idle air control valve on the throttle body.
Berrymans, or some other spray carburetor/PCV valve cleaner is the stuff to use, for both of them.
