Question
hey
ive watched the olypmics lately and i seen the weightlifters there huge
i train in the gym 3 times a week
could you make a programe for me as in what exercieses they do
thanks

Answer
Hello, Aaron
This is a question that would require a very long answer.  All of the top lifters perform the snatch and clean and jerk or variants of these lifts and squats in each workout during a six days per week training program.  I have written training programs for years for lifters at top level.  If you are interested in obtaining them (they are written in great detail), they are available for download in the members section of my website www.takanoathletics.com.
You will also be able to download articles about performing the lifts correct and other relevant topics.
Sincerely
Bob Takano
