---------- FOLLOW-UP ----------

QUESTION: sonography report- Liver is of normal sizw and echo texture.  Small hemangioma in right lobe of liver.  Small concretion noted in left kidney.  well defined round to oval hypoechoic lesion measure 3.9x1.9 cm noted in the anterior abdominal wall musculature in the right iliac fossa.
After this  C.T. Scan of abdomen plain and contrast was done which shows

Enhancing lesion in the mus le plane adjacent the right iliac bone and right rectus abdominis muscle plane? organised hematoma? neoplasm. FNAC was suggested after this which report i have given earlier. Please advice me what should be done what is it and something about the treatment.

Answer
The reports are not enough for a diagnosis to base any treatment plan on. I suggest a surgical biopsy of her lesion since the fine/thin needle aspiration biopsy did not come up with anything conclusive!
That way we probably will at least know what we are dealing with!
