Question I have a swollen lympnode in myright groin an im scaredits cancer...i had it for a month i did go to the doctors itook an antobitic for 10 days still not helpin .....im so worried an scared this is cancer....So i was wondering if u could help me??? im getting itchy, its sentive to touch an i cant see it but i can feel it
Answer I have answered your question 2 times before. But you have only read my second answer where I referred to my first answer. So read my FIRST reply and you will get all the information I can give. Good luck!
Here is my first reply: If it is sore, tender & painful it is probable that it is due to an infection/inflammation. Maybe your medication is not the correct one. An infection should be cured after 3 weeks of treatment so you have to discuss with your dr. if you should change antibiotic which seems probable. If you want it confirmed that it is a reaction to an infection/inflammation and not a cancer you can insist on a fine/thin needle aspiration biopsy of your gland. Good luck!
