i have had 4 mamograms, 3 are abnormal, than last one came back normal they say. well, i still have the burning  over and beside my nipple, and it hurts some , this is going on for a year now , i have went up in size bra),, i have no discharge  just like hot water running over them burning . the  impressions i got back from dr are ( bilateral cysts as well with solid appearing nodules and cluster of cysts,,   i have spoken to my dr about the burning ,, nothing has been done , i dont know whats going on, i am on full strength harmones called estertest, i have also had a full hystertomy  a year ago.  but i have had this breast problem since 2012.. i need to nderstand whats the problem,,,

Cysts and adenosis can cause chronic breast pain.  You may want to talk to your doctor about something else besides estratest.  I also would wonder if a daily dose of Aleeve might reduce your symptoms.  However, I don't think this has anything to do with breast cancer.  Unfortunately, chronic breast pain, which is very common, is not well studied.  I would suggest you try estrogen replacement alone and see if that helps.
