Oncology (General Cancer)/Male breast

Hi I am not sure if you can help me or not. For the last two weeks I have been having problems with my nipples on both sides. I am trying to get an appointment. I am a male 21 years old. I have been sick 6 years now. I have POTS which is postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. This was diagnosed by mayo clinic this year. I also have cluster headaches and prostate and urinary problems. I take lots of medicines. I use to take meletonin 15mg at night. I came off of it a month or two ago. I take gabapentin 600mg 3 times a day then 900mg at bedtime. I actually took this dose for awhile. I just came off gabapentin a week ago. I take 100mg lyrica 3 times a day. This is new I have taken this about a month. I take tramadol 50mg 2 tablets 3 times a day. I take percocet 5-325mg 3 times a day. I take zofran 8mg 2 times a day. I take promethazane 25mg 2 times a day. I take horizant 1200mg at bedtime. I take singular 10mg at bedtime. I take advair 50/100mg morning and night. Albuterol inhaler as needed. I take dexilant 60mg morning. Rapaflo 8mg just started 2 weeks ago. I take methocarbamol 500mg 3 times a day. Meloxicam 15mg morning. Thanks for any help.

I think your problem is medication-related.  Many of the meds you are on, including gabapentin and melatonin, can have an effect on the pituitary, which in turn can change the amount of testosterone you make, as well as do other things to your endocrine system.  Possibly changing your regimen caused the problem.  Most of the time younger men with nipple problems (bilaterally) fall into one of three classes: bilateral pain without changes; bilateral enlargement of the sub-nipple tissue; both together.  I think you need to go over your whole regimen with an endocrinologist.  But I woudn't be concerned about cancer.
