Oncology (General Cancer)/Mole recently darkened

I had a new mole appear on my foot when I was around 15/16, it grew and darkened rather quickly, and seemed to stop when I was around 18 shortly before I had it checked out. I used to get an odd tingle sensation in it.
They measured it and took pictures, and advised me to monitor it.

It's changed recently, I'm 21 now so it's been 3 years since my last checkup. The tingle sensation has mostly faded away now, and it's darkened very slightly. (It was already rather dark, I don't sun-tan or anything, so it's pretty much the darkest mole on my body.)

Here's a couple of pictures of it from today, my little finger there as some slight size comparison.

Pictures are unfortunately not enough. A dermatologist (not a GP) i.e. a skin doctor needs to check it. Have that done! Good luck!
