Oncology (General Cancer)/enlarged lymph nodes

I first noticed a small lump on the right side of the neck which is less than 1cm but still odd. This was 3 weeks ago. Then shortly afterwards more nodes started to get swollen under the armpits. These became quite painful. I even had slight pain in my inguinal nodes but not much enlargement.

There is no obvious infection I can see in my body. The nodes are not going down in size but staying the same. The pain is diminishing but still not gone away.

could it be cancer?

how long would it take for the nodes to go back to normal? can it take several weeks or even 1~3 months?

This can be one of several problems apart from Cancer. Cancer has several signs which you can see here https://sites.google.com/site/drkhalidmunir/pedindex43211

I can answer questions about the correct guideline for treatment of cancers to achieve best results. I can analyze signs and symptoms to identify cancer. I have been working as a Immuno Oncologist since the last five years. I have experience of treating cancer patients through a variety of methods. My patients have been treated with radiation therapy, chemotherapy and surgery. I am also trained in Antiangiogenic therapy, Immunomodulator therapy and Immunotherapy of cancer which is a FDA recognized treatment method and also a known effective modern therapy as per the guidelines of the American Cancer Society (ww.cancer.org). Immunotherapy works by enhancing the body's own defence mechanism hundreds of times. It is used to treat Hepattis and AIDS too.
