Conclusion:The current study found that there is pislobse evidence linking mobile phone use to an increased risk of tumors from a meta-analysis of low-biased case-control studiesK

I assume that you are asking me in Russian, a language I do not understand or speak. However in your question there is a short quotation in English which I do understand. It seems it is about any potentially increased risks of brain cancer due to radiowave radiation from mobile/cell phones.  My answer to this is that so called metastudies should be regarded with much hesitation! NO previous study has shown any such increased risk and there are basic physical reasons why no such increased risk should exist. So until more confirming and good studies are presented I will not believe in any such increaed risk!
