Question
My mother 80 year old suffering from Lung Cancer with metastatic bone now is in hospital. Her Total Count in Blood has reached 30000.High dose antibiotics were applied, but No Improvement.
Whether her infection level has reached Septicimia Stage.Whether Discharge from the hospital can be sought for or death can be waited at hospital itself. We are apprehensive that adequate palliative may not be provided at home.Hospital is interested for release of the patient.

Answer
To answer your question with certainty I would need a lot more information of her condition than I have been provided with.  Since I do not have it but her doctors presumably do have it I do suggest that you direct this question directly to them! That would probably also be the quickest, easiest, simplest & surest way for you to obtain this important and vital information. If that way for some - whatever - reason is impossible please give me as much medical information about her as possible! And I will try to answer.
