Question What is Blood Cancer? How do you get Blood Cancer? How do you cure Blood Cancer? What is life like with Blood Cancer? Why do people get blood cancer?
Answer There are several types of cells that make up our blood. Any of these can turn into cancers. There are many different types of cancers that are called blood cancers. The two main groups are called Leukemias and Lymphomas. There are various causes that are known and there are many that are not known. They are treated very aggressively and sometimes they are observed for sometime without any treatment, since they can run a very slow course. The type of treatment recommended depends on the type of blood cancer. People do survive these cancers, but these are also fatal in many situations. If you ask me about a specific blood cancer, I can give you a more pointed answer.
