Question Dear Jim,
What exactly are the things customers trying to look for when they shop online? What type of information, pictures, etc they are looking for that will lead to buying decision? Hope you can go both general and specific.
Answer This question is too general. There are 100's of different products, and the requirements are different for each. Generally, you want to provide an environment where visitors can make a decision to purchase, and the photos / info you provide should allow them to do so. If they can't see the features of the product or are not clear on what they are because they are not explained, they're unlikely to buy.
