Question Is it possible to have an online catalog(like an e-book) that doesn't require the customer to download any type of software ever to view the interactive book?
Answer You question is not very clear - what exactly do you mean by "like an e-book" and "interactive book"?
In general, any special formats will require a download. If you are talking about a format like a "book" where you "flip pages", then yes, it requires a download.
Then again, in my opinion, a web site *is* an online catalog and requires no special downloads.
Are you saying Amazon isn't an online catalog? It requires no special downloads to use.
