Question
Hi, i have a question, i am opening a store on yahoo merchant solutions.  For product research, are there any online resources for product info such as description, images...for example, if i sell a xbox game console.  And the distributor doesn't have the info...are there any online sources to get the upc, image, description, etc. or if i have all of the upc's are there any sources to use the upcs to get info? thanks for your help

mike

Answer
Hello,
You can try the CueCat, http://www.lvpartners.com/  It is old and not sure if even around anymore.

Another way by upc is ebay at no cost.
Start like you would to set up an ebay auction and on the preview copy the upc info that ebay filled in for you.

You can always just go to the companies web site.  I recommend company site.

Then there is always the google search.

John
