Hello- I want to start an online business, specifically a jewelry business. The name I want for my business (a quite unique and exotic name actually) is already taken by someone who is also selling jewelry. Should I give up hope of starting a business with this name, because it would be illegal to use a name that another business in the same industry already has?

Unless you get rights to use the name or buy the name, you will need to get a new business name.
