Question Dear Janelle,
I met the guy I am dating online a friend introduced us they were both on a dating site, He is currently in Iraq in the military. I have trust issues we talk every night he calls me and we see each other on skype we have talked about having a future and send each other things threw mail and he plans on staying with me during his R & R for 15 days we talk about me meeting his family and so on , How do i know i can trust him he's still on the dating site and he hides his profile on his other sites like facebook he's looking for friends and dating as well as it still says he is single no he asked me to save myself for him can i trust him or is he still looking?

Thank you for contacting me. I am glad you met someone online. Please remember that online relationships can be tricky. Many people have online relationship due to get to know someone within the inside, and not whats on the outside. You really do not know whether or not he is totally honest with you. Until you two meet for the first time, you need to trust what he says. Remember, you may meet and spend a few hours with him, and neither one of you likes whats in front of you.
If he has his profile, hidden, most likely its because he is not "looking" for any one else. Some people change their status some do not. The best advice I can tell you is trust your heart, however, please be aware that not everyone is honest online one way or another.
