Question I purchased 50 glass personalized mugs for my daughters Baby shower 13 were chipped on the top seems of the glass. I e-mailed the co, Favor Favor Baby.com and they said they were sorry but would only replace unprimed or give me a credit. I am short 13 mugs and I should not have to pay for another set up fee of $40.00 What am I to Do?

Thank you for writing. I do not like the sounds of that at all. That company ha terrible customer service. I would attempt to call them. Sometimes talking to someone is much better. I know it does not help in the long run but I would think about asking for a full refund. That is unacceptable. They should stand by their shipper.
