I recently made a purchase though freederm.com. the web page states several times that there is a 100% no risk money back guarentee, no questions asked. When I emailed them and asked for a refund, they said that because my order was over $95.00 US dollars I was not entitled to a refund. I find this web site very misleading,and feel they are preying on vulnerable and desparate people. If you cannot help me with a way to get a refund, maybe could suggest someone who could

Did you pay by credit card?   If so, you can file a dispute with your credit card company.  I went to freederm.com and I found it outright fraudulent with their "100% satisfaction guarantee" claim.  Print out the pages from their web site, because you will need to send these pages to the credit card company if that is how you made the purchase.

I don't know what all your legal rights are.  Perhaps you could contact the attorney general of your state and see if they can file fraud charges against freederm.com.  In the future, when you want to purchase something online, you need to check out the website on http://www.ripoffreport.com  I found the following complaint about freederm.com:

Their product does not work and they have a money back guarantee which they promise to give your money back if you are not satisfed, no questions asked. I found out that this is just a lie. They are only ripping off people that are already suffering from a disease with no cure.
