Question Hi, I have a problem with a company I ordered from this company through the online shopping but did not receive my order in time so a canceled it. after that it is three week and they do not want to return my money back. so in this case please let me know what can i do?? How can I get my money back?
Answer About the only thing that you can do is contact your credit card company. They will pressure the company to return your money with the threat being that they will not allow them to accept credit card payments which effectively puts them out of business. You could contact an attorney but that will normally cost you more than you spent. Also contact the Better Business Bureau.
