Question I wanna online shop with my mastercard debit card.
I tried paypal and its coming as partial credit or debit card number. Its not accepting my card. I verified with the bank and my card is active. Please help me what i should do about this?
Answer I wrote PayPal, and this is their email response:
"PayPal must comply with different financial
regulations specific to individual countries. To ensure compliance with
the laws of each country, PayPal does not allow members to add or use
credit or debit cards that are issued outside of the country from which
their PayPal account is registered.
If you require more information other than what I have provided, please
give us a call at 1-888-221-1161 as we try our best to give you
immediate answers."
If you still have questions, you can also send them email yourself and include your debit/credit card number so they can tell you why that particular card number was rejected.
