I would like to purchase a computer for someone in Kenya.  I want to pay for it on this end and just have it sent to the person there, or even have it so she can pick the computer up.  How would I proceed and what would be the cheapest way?  I am unable to put the funds in her hand because I need to charge it to a special account but it is very important that she gets a computer.  Can you please provide any suggestions or sites that we can just order from.  I looked into buying the computer here in the United States and shipping it to her but shipping cost is just as much as the computer itself.

Sorry I was not emailed on this ticket.

It might be best to have the computer shipped to you & then you ship it to Kenya.  That way you only pay for the exact amount of shipping.  Most companies always charge a lot more for shipping.  

When you say special account - do you have an account with someone?  I usually get all my things from Dell or www.microflextech.com.  Microflex is a small company - they might work with you, you might give them a call.
